Today a very bad incident happened with me at sangam sweets whitefield store . I went to purchase some items . I was single customer still there was no one address my query . On asking service first the staff engaged with me in rude behavior and then on telling I will take some action for rude behaviour the store manager engaged aggressively with me to the extent of threatening me to throw out of store and challenging me to show what I can do to him in my capacity . I can read same kind of rude behaviour to multiple customer in review . I believe if this is the case then we all might have to collectively take a action else please provide some resolution on it sangam management as some of your staff and managers are very bad and treating badly to customers.
